The Houston District provides a privacy rights form for access, correction, deletion, sale or sharing opt-out, and appeals. You may need to verify your email and identity before records are disclosed or changed. Access responses can be made available as JSON and PDF after staff review.

Deleting an account does not erase payment, receipt, refund, accounting, or boot records that must be retained for legal, dispute, or enforcement reasons. The response explains what is kept and why. Read the privacy policy or contact support about a request. Do not put card numbers or government IDs in the request details.
