Where is my receipt?

View, save, or recover a verified parking receipt.

Find your proof of payment

After a confirmed purchase, the checkout displays a receipt link. Save it and keep it private. If you provided an email address and delivery succeeds, The Houston District may send the receipt there as well. A paid receipt shows the lot, vehicle, amount, and coverage end time.

You can also review your parking account. If you lost a guest receipt link, use receipt recovery; recovery may require identity verification. A pending payment screen or bank authorization alone is not a receipt. For a missing or incorrect receipt, contact support with the lot, date, and receipt reference if you have it.
