Extend an active session
Lot-level parking cannot be extended at this time. Buy a new parking window if one is available; this is a separate purchase and does not change your earlier end time.
For a numbered-space session, open the paid receipt link you received after payment. If that receipt offers an extension, choose the extension, check the new end time and total, then pay. Coverage changes only after the extension payment is confirmed.
An extension may be unavailable when the term has ended, the lot has closed sales, or inventory or a rule blocks another purchase. The screen gives the current result. Do not assume that starting an extension request keeps your vehicle covered. If you cannot extend and need assistance, contact support before the receipt expires.
